Project Friend
VELOPILGRIM is working on a comfortable, light and elegant sports-touring bike.

​The type of bike you'll pick for a weekend century, a Bangalore Randonneurs ride, or a fast tour across the country.
​
​This bike will have thin walled, chromoly steel frame and a matching steel fork.
​
​​​The priority is a bike with intuitive handling, stable dynamics, and a comfortable ride over and above everything else.
​
​The bike will be kitted out with quality analogue parts that won't let you DNF.

“Aero”, you say? Who's that? Sorry… haven't heard of her.

Time Line
Project Friend started in July 2023.
Currently the bikes are in the prototyping stage.
These prototypes will be tested in different conditions to collect feedback from riders.
The testing stage will continue till we've dialed in the best friend (pun intended) for an endurance rider. However long that may take.
